Two crashes at lighthouse dropship section

In the first one, a Combine enemy was invisible and as I engaged him it CTD. I loaded my autosave and then engaged a Combine from the first dropship and had a nasty crash after shooting him with the shotgun. The video locked up and the sound started repeating every second. I had to force close the application. I then loaded the previous autosave and had no crashes.
