Stuck in between pipe and wall in Route Kanal

1️⃣ What happened: I went to go get into the vent after you get attacked by some of the man hacks in Route Kanal. Got onto the pipe to break the vent opening and got stuck. Jumping or crouching and trying to get back up don't do anything either. 2️⃣ Steps to reproduce: Go to this part of the level: https://youtu.be/moVos6gT-3A?t=1041 get on the pipe that connects to the vent and possibly go forward slightly or crouch and you won't be able to get out. 3️⃣ Your headset and system specs: Valve Index.
