SMG bolt doesn't pull back

On chapter 7 on Highway 17, the SMG won't let me grab the bolt to reload the gun. Instead if I attempt to reload the gun my hand automatically goes for the grip. It only seems to happen during the part when you get to Crane dock station, after you get the RPG from the resistance members, since loading an older save I can correctly reload the gun. (P.S. idk how to record video footage on my PC, my bad :/) My headset: Oculus Quest 2 Specs: RTX 3060ti i7 9700f
