Rocket Launcher doesn't shoot, acts as if it's empty

1. After I fire the first rocket from the rocket launcher and re-load it by grabbing a rocket from my left shoulder and loading into the rocket, when I pull the trigger it just clicks. Nothing happens. Trying to load another rocket doesn't change anything. It's as though the rocket launch thinks it's empty. 2. Fire the first rocket after you receive it from the NLO base, reload the next rocket (even though it shows that there are 2 shots left), then try and shoot. 3. Quest 2 playing via link cable. CPU: AMD 5300X, GPU: 1080ti
