Racking back slide is inconsistent

Since there's no animation for the off-hand on the slide of the pistol, I find myself sometimes "missing" when trying to rack back the slide, with the use sound effect being rather annoying when trying to rack back the slide. I'm running an HP Reverb G2 with Lenovo Explorer controllers
