On launch, I get "Invalid Platform", but the game was running fine a few days ago

After starting the game from steam, I get the following steam error message as shown in the images attached to this bug report. I believe I have the most up to date version of the HL2 and the mod with: Build ID: 10376892 Installed Contend Update: Jan 27, 2023 I've had this issue before, and what used to work is launching SteamVR first, then launch the mod from within SteamVR, and the mod was running smoothly. This no longer works, and the only thing that changed since then was a Quest 2 OS update along with the Oculus PC software update. All my other SteamVR games have no issues launching. I've tried updating my NVIDIA driver since then, restarted my PC and Quest 2. I'm using: Windows 10 NVIDIA RTX3050 Laptop GPU 8 GB RAM 11th Gen INte(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.3GHz Attached to this bug report are images of the error messages whilst trying to launch from Steam Desktop Client, and the same error message from trying to launch from within SteamVR.
