Ladder and Buggy issues

Two issues thus far. When I got to the dam and had to get onto the 'island' to open the dam gate, there's a ladder by the ramp. My left hand wouldn't grab the rungs higher than the first couple. Right hand was fine though. Other issue is when I get the buggy and the magnet fails, I end up stuck on the upturned buggy and cannot move. Can shoot and look around but that's all. i5-10400, RTX3070ti, and Quest 2. Latest drivers.
