HL2 Ep2 Advisor Escape Sound Missing

1️⃣ What happened: Long standing Episode 2 bug remains where the Advisor dramatically escaping through the barn roof in 'Riding Shotgun,' fails to play many sound effects, including of the roof destruction and debris fall. It may be beyond the scope of the VR mod to address this, but since Valve never did it would be great if it was fixable while the team has their hands in the game's guts. 2️⃣ Steps to reproduce: Play Riding Shotgun until Gordon and Alyx reveal the Advisor in the barn, get immobilized by it and witness its escape, note the lack of sfx through the end of the sequence. 3️⃣ Your headset and system specs: Valve Index - Ran sequence at both 90hz and 120hz - Win 10 64 - 11700k - 32GB RAM - RTX 4090
