Grigori not sending cart at church

When arriving at the church, Father Grigori just stands behind the fence and doesnt start the sequence to send the cart and spawn the fast zombies. I have tried verifying file integrity, running restart from the console, deleting all Ravenholm saves and restarting the chapter and reinstalling the game but nothing works. Using a Rift S with 3080Ti & Windows 11.
